Luca Gargano earned a Law degree from Roma Tre University and successfully completed legal training.
He gained significant international experience working with global organizations in areas such as European project design, business internationalization, and international trade.
He also conducted legal research and helped develop and promote national policies in the field of human rights and fundamental freedoms at the “Public Law Center” in Brussels.
Later, he completed a Master’s in European Public Relations in Rome, specializing in Public Affairs with a focus on EU institutions, development programs, stakeholders, and institutional relations.
He joined Bistoncini Partners in 2006 and has led lobbying projects for national and international clients across various sectors including financial services, insurance, tourism, e-commerce, environment, and energy.
He is Head of the Brussels Office of Bistoncini Partners, which he established in January 2013, and is also responsible for human resources management.
