Transparency, compliance with regulations governing interest representation, and fairness towards clients, institutional stakeholders, and industry operators guide the way Bistoncini Partners operates.
For this reason, we adhere to the Model 231, inspired by the highest international standards.
Model 231
Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, introduced a system of administrative liability for entities—including corporations—for certain offenses committed by administrators, executives, or employees in the interest or for the benefit of the entity itself.
Bistoncini Partners, recognizing the need for integrity and transparency in business operations, has adopted its own Organizational Model to establish a structured and organic system of guiding principles based on sound corporate governance, aligned with the principles of loyalty and honesty already shared within the company.
This initiative, alongside the adoption of the Code of Ethics, reflects our conviction that it serves as an effective awareness tool for everyone operating in the name of and on behalf of the company.
To ensure compliance, Bistoncini Partners has established a Supervisory Body, tasked with monitoring the functionality, effectiveness, and compliance of the Model by all its recipients.
Furthermore, our operations align with specific regulatory instruments governing interest representation before institutions, such as the Italian Camera dei Deputati’ Register of Interest Representatives and the EU Transparency Register at the European level
