Model 231
Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 introduced into the Italian legal system a system of administrative liability for Entities – including public limited companies – for certain offenses committed by directors, managers or employees in the interest or to the advantage of the Entity itself.
Bistoncini Partners – sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of correctness and transparency in the conduct of its activities – has adopted its own Organizational Model, with the aim of building a structured and organic system of guiding principles inspired by criteria of sound corporate management, in line with the principles of behavior of loyalty and honesty already shared within it.
This initiative, which accompanies the adoption of the Code of Ethics, was undertaken in the conviction that this can constitute a valid tool for raising awareness among all those who operate in the name and on behalf of the Company.
Bistoncini Partners has therefore established its own Supervisory Body with the task of monitoring the functioning, effectiveness and observance of the Model by all its recipients.
